Has it been 6 to 12 months since you gave birth to this amazing baby of yours but you’re still carrying those extra kilos with you or just feeling out of shape? Do you want to learn new ways to exercise with bub in tow, train your pelvic floor, and improve your self-esteem and energy levels? Then it’s time to give our new Mums with Bubs fitness classes a try.
Our experienced Exercise Physiologist and new mum, Antje Firla, will guide you through these classes which specialise in postnatal interactive fitness. Mums with Bubs fitness classes incorporate activities that both mother and baby (age 6-12 months) can enjoy and benefit from together, whilst also building friendships and support networks. Our unique approach incorporates your little one into various exercises, offering a nurturing environment which encourages bonding and play with their mother through the program. The intensity is varied based on individual needs, ensuring mums of all fitness backgrounds achieve a great workout!
Sessions run every Thursday 10.30-11.15am, at the Panaceum Injury Management & Fitness Centre at 41 Fitzgerald Street, Geraldton.
Participants are eligible for 4 complimentary sessions.
