September is Dementia awareness month. This year the focus is on small actions big difference.
Dementia describes a collection of symptoms caused by disorders that effect the brain. It effects thinking, behaviour and the ability to perform everyday tasks.
Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form. Dementia is not a normal part of ageing.

There is no known cure for Dementia, but research shows that you can help by:
