2019 Flu Vaccine

Influenza Vaccination Season 2019 Annual influenza vaccination continues to be the most important measure available to prevent the spread of influenza and minimise the risk of associated complications. Dear Patients, The My Health Record “Opt out” has been extended to the 31st January 2019. Dementia Awareness Month

September is Dementia awareness month. This year the focus is on small actions big difference. Dementia describes a collection of symptoms caused by disorders that effect the brain. It effects thinking, behaviour and the ability to perform everyday tasks. Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form. Dementia is not a normal part of ageing. By October 15th 2018, a My Health Record (MHR) will be created for every Australian unless they choose to not have one. So what does it all mean for you?
