Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month October, Australia’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, provides an opportunity for us all to focus on breast cancer and its impact on those affected by the disease in our community. Breast cancer remains the most common cancer among Australian women (excluding non-melanoma skin cancer). Survival rates continue to improve in Australia with 89 out of every 100 women diagnosed with invasive breast cancer now surviving five or more years beyond diagnosis. Sept 10th is International Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Day  In support of International Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Day, Panaceum Group is raising awareness through community education, empowering women and men to openly discuss Gynaecological issues. Normally a Taboo subject International Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Day aims to break down the barriers and stigmas around Gynaecological issues. There is no need to live in silence and feel alone. Did you know?: Gynaecolocical cancers include ovarian, uterine, cervical and vulvar cancer.
