Your feedback is important and valuable to us!!
Patient feedback plays an important part of helping us improve the quality of healthcare provided by our practice.
It helps us identify gaps in our services, provides suggestions on improvements and just as importantly helps us understand what is important to you as a patient.
Over the coming week’s patients who attend for an appointment at Panaceum Medical will be asked to participate in providing feedback by way of an anonymous survey.
How is the survey filled in?
This survey will be not only be available in paper format but also ONLINE
If you are doing the survey ONLINE you will be sent a link to your mobile phone by our communication platform HotDoc which will send you to an online secure link.
This link can be used on a smartphone, iPad or computer.
If you are doing the survey on paper you will be given a paper form from reception staff. You can then return it via the survey drop-box at front reception.
The survey only takes a short amount of time to complete and your feedback is important to us.
Do I have to fill in the survey?
You do not have to do the survey. You can choose not to participate. Your decision will not affect the level of care you receive.
How will my feedback be used?
Once all surveys are completed, Insync will prepare a report that will inform us of:
- What our Patients think is working well in the services we provide
- What our Patients think which areas of service need improvement
All feedback will be combined. Your personal details will not be linked with your responses.
The feedback you provide gives Panaceum Group valuable information to improve your experience and the healthcare we provide to all of our patients.
